- No refunds accepted, good communication is intended so that you receive a result you like.
( Refunds only apply if I cannot fulfill your order!)- Payment must be sent first to proceed with your commission, sketches will be delivered and you will be asked if changes are needed- Do not claim my art as yours, you can use it freely for whatever you want! (as long as it is not for commercial purposes, although that can be discussed), but I would appreciate it if you gave me credit, that would help me get my art noticed.- I have a defined time between 3 weeks to finish commissions, they can be finished earlier, although if you need it in a specific time, we can discuss it! (it will only be a small extra cost if they are very close dates)- Have mutual respect, I always treat my clients with respect and affection, they are an incredible help in my economic situation!, and I would like to be treated with the same respect. I have two payment methods, Paypal and bank transfer (to a Mexican account), as mentioned in the T.O.S, payment is made first, but not before going through a series of steps so that everything goes smoothly!, and the agreements are very secure.What needs to be done is this!
